Mr. H. R. Kilachand
Mr. Kilachand is B.Com. from University of Bombay and has done C.B.M. & P.D.B.M. from U.S.A. He joined the Company since its inception i.e. on 30.09.2011 as “Chairman”. He managed to get for the Company a Composite Logistic Hub Project at Madhya Pradesh. He had efficiently carried out the duties entrusted to him, including the completion of the 1st Phase of the Project. he worked as the Chairman of the Company since its inception till 29.04.2016. During that period, he contributed a lot in the growth of the Company.
With effect from 20.12.2017 he has been appointed as the “Chairman” of the Company.
Mr. R. S. Loona
Mr. Loona is a leading Corporate Lawyer with specialization in the securities market, banking and finance, infrastructure projects, real estate and regulatory advice. A Science graduate having done his Bachelors in Law,
Mr. Loona is the Managing Partner of Alliance Corporate Lawyers, Mumbai and has over 35 years of experience. He served as Executive Director (Law) of SEBI for a period of about 4 years and is associated with SEBI as a member of its Takeover Panel, as also a member of an Expert Committee to Review the Eligibility Norms of SEBI registered intermediaries and as SEBI’s Counsel before the Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT).
Mr. J. K. Devgupta [Additional Director w.e.f. 30.09.2022]
Mr. J. K. Devgupta had joined Kesar Enterprises Ltd. as General Manager (Export) in February 1993 and was in charge of the erstwhile Storage Division of KEL since 1994 and is currently the Non-Executive Director of the Holding Company Kesar Terminals & Infrastructure Limited (KTIL). He is an alumnus of IIT Kharagpur and had completed his diploma in Sales and Marketing Management from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan, Nagpur in 1980. Mr. Devgupta has over 40 years of varied Industrial experience involving marketing, technical services, manufacturing, supply & distribution, import & export and shipping.
